Summer garden competition - winner

Thank you so much to everyone who entered our summer garden competition! We loved seeing so many beautiful gardens. The judging wasn’t easy, but we’re pleased to announce the winner is:

Mr and Mrs Eley's garden has developed over the years into a relaxing haven!

Mr Eley said: “We've lived here for 15 years and we've loved seeing our garden develop over the years. When the sun is out it’s a great place to relax."

What the judges said about their gorgeous garden:

"Your garden is immaculate. It’s obvious from the photos that a lot of time and love has gone into it over the last 15 years.

"The mature trees and hedges make it very private – a real sanctuary!

"The seating area is lovely – looks a great place to relax and enjoy.

"As well as the attention to detail, we like the variety of plants and colours. And the mix of plants in borders and in pots.

"And nice to see a birdfeeder too!"
